Musical instruments tend to go quickly. We recently received a collection of violins for our store. Check out this gallery that also includes a cello, an autographed violin, an acoustic starter-guitar, and a moon lute (or moon guitar).
The collection features a violin with many autographs including Kitty Wells, Bill Monroe, and Chief Powhatan. There are several violins including a 15″ student size and a twin set, and a Chinese Moon Lute or Moon Guitar.

CHINESE YUEQIN
This unique 4 stringed instrument originated in China and is called a moon guitar, or yueqin, and is considered a Han Chinese lute. It gets its name from its large, hollow sound box and is believed to be a descendant of the ruan. Though it is called a guitar it is closer to a banjo in terms of how it is played.
Stop in soon if you’re interested in one of these instruments. You know, we’re here and we’re watchin’ for ya!
